Viola Portfolio Non Major Selective Schools

How good do you have to be to submit viola portfolio to selective non music schools (i.e. Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, Yale)?

My pieces would be Hindemith Der Schwanendreher and Bach Suite VI Prelude (original key) but I've played Stamitz, Hoffmeister, Vieuxtemps in the past.

My main extracurricular wasn't music so I never got into competitions but I was in All State (9th & 10th grade, not as comp as TMEA/NY) and highest youth orchestra in state. And was at Interlochen Arts one summer.

Senior RN so I'm lowkey stressed out with so much stuff but if this helps I can grind.

Stanford Online Programs

I applied to Stanford Mini-Fellowship Imaging, Neuroscience Journal Club, and Stanford Summer of Neurosciences (comprehensive) all a couple months ago on a whim, and I've gotten into all of them. What were their acceptance rates/prestige? I lowk spent like 10 min on each so idk if they're worth time

To ED T10 or REA?

Let’s just say someone is essentially guaranteed to UChicago (for reasons I won’t get into). But their absolute dream colleges are Yale and Harvard and is indifferent to going to Chicago. They have great extracurriculars, awards, portfolio, but is on the lower side for GPA, so it’s more risky. What should you do?
