Any triathletes here? Im wondering where do you guys usually do your bike training? Since hong kong is pretty hilly. Ive yet to find a place with a consistent length of road for TTbikes workouts. Any advice appreciated!

this juice claims to only have 47kJ per 100 ml, but judging from the taste and the amount of sugar per 100ml, 47kJ is just plainly wrong. It would be much MUCH higher. Doesnt hong kong have really really strict regulations when it comes to labelling products? how did this pass the test. bought at welcome.
