Prombles with shifting gears.
I have a 2023 rebel 1100. Bought it used with 6000 miles. It has a problem with going into 2nd gear. Sometimes when I’m fast with the shift or force it it seems to bounce down in to neutral. I will also very rarely but will have this problem with 3rd to 4th. I’ve tried different foot pegs burly mx pegs stock and Amazon foot bed pegs. I’ve also adjusted the shifter and the clutch lever. All this said I think I’ve got it in the best position where it happens the least (still hasn’t relived the issue). My question is this common with the 1100? I had the 500 and it was amazing no issues. Also if I hold my foot up after I let the clutch out it solves this problems. I just don’t have to do this on any other bike. If you have this issue and are you dealing with it or have you fixed it? Thanks in advance!
