I'm not sure how to explain this, but check at the video. It is almost new, has printed like for 25 hours now. I tried to used petg, it got stuck or something and had to open the device; then I change to pla and it popped out the element behind the Ace pro, where the filament goes out to the ptf tubes, so I had to open and clean the back side. Then it was able to perfectly print a >10 hours of petg. Now this. Does anyone know what's going on and the possible solution? Thanks
