


Keep bulking or cut? 178cm, 70.4kg | 5’10, 155lbs
Went from 66.7kg (147lbs) to 70.4kg (155lbs) in about a month, which I think is a bit too aggressive. Now I’m starting to feel skinny fat and don’t know whether to cut, continue bulking or stay at maintenance. Any advice appreciated!
