Hi everyone,
I’m looking for an apartment for three girls for next academic year 26/27.
Ideally:
- 3 separate bedrooms
- a separate kitchen with a dining table
- a living room would be great, but not mandatory
Location: preferably close to Bocconi.
Is it realistic to find something like this within a budget of up to €2400/month all included (rent, condominium fees, utilities, and even split agency fees, if applicable)?
Also, if anyone is moving out this summer and knows of such an apartment, I would really appreciate a direct contact with the landlord to potentially avoid agency fees.
Thanks a lot in advance for any advice or leads!
