Hey guys, Bocconi is my absolute dream school, but tbh, I can’t go unless I get a serious scholarship or financial aid. My family just cannot afford it otherwise.

I’m aiming for BEMACS. Here’s my profile so far:

GPA: 4.89/5.00 (got this consistently for both years)

SAT: taking it in August, scoring between 1470 and 1500 on my practice mocks right now.

I really need some brutally honest advice from anyone who’s gone through this.

First, for the Bocconi Merit Awards, is a 1470-1500 SAT actually competitive enough to get a tuition waiver for BEMACS? Or do people usually need a 1500+ to even get considered for merit money since BEMACS is so competitive?

Second, I’m definitely going to apply for the ISU need-based scholarship because I need a safety net. For intl students who did the whole ISEEU Parificato paperwork, how much of a nightmare is it? And if you meet the income threshold, do you actually get the waiver, or do people get rejected even if they're under the limit? Since if I go for it I will totally have to gamble with it, as the results come after the classes even start.

Lastly, does applying in the early session give me a better edge for aid, or should I wait for winter if I think I can grind my SAT score up higher?

Any insights or reality checks would mean a lot. TIA

Hey y'all my gpa for the 10th and 11th grades is 72 out of 100 what do you think are my chances of acceptence if I store above 1500 on SAT or get a 40 on the Bocconi test in Early admissions for 27-28 and I will apply for both english and italian courses for economics and management also 2 other courses

im not gonna lie, i really slacked off in grade 10 and messed up, apart from that im good.

i have a few questions.
1)Does 10th grade score really matter and can you comeback from it, i had a 87/100.
2) Does your 11th final matter or do you apply with predicteds( if final matters its over)
3)Is a 1530 sat good enough?
4)Is it a hollistic admissions and do extracurriculars and activities matter because i feel like this would benefit me greatly

I am an international student and my GPA is:
* 10th grade: 9.5/10
* 11th grade: 10/10

How much should I score on the SAT to guarantee getting in?
I already have a 1430 but I know thats not enough, but I have no clue how much IS enough..

I’ve only done 2 AP’S, but i have a 1570 SAT. Can i still apply?

So iam from India

And in 10th grade I scored 80%

And in 11th I failed in two subjects,gave retest in both and got conditionalaly promoted

So basically my scores in class 11th were below average in physics,chem,maths

In english,comp sci it was average

In fine arts I got a 70/70

And iam in class 12th right now and I have heard class 12th score isn't even counted so ig scoring good in my mid terms of aiming for a stellar predicted grades isn't going to do anything

Now for the sat

I have been giving mock tests and have constantly been scoring 1550+

And I will give my sat in October so

I may be delusional to say this but I think iam confident enough that if I grind till October I can score 1600

And the reason iam confident is because I always lose marks in the sat because of the English section as for maths I have scored 800/800 5 times

So if I assume a 1600 score

A 80% in grade 10

And my bad 11th performance

Do I have low chances to get into boconni given my 4 preferences

Took the test today, need desperately to pass, took the test and feel like im on the verge of passing or not passing, is there any chance some questions get partial credit for reasoning?

International student - Currently predicted a 40/42 for IBDP , possibly 41/42. I’ve taken the SAT twice with 1470 both times and a 1520 if I do super score. I’ll probably apply for world bachelor in business or International economics and management. Applying as early as I can.

Should I give the sat again or rather focus on my ECs for other Unis? (A scholarship wouldn’t hurt, rather I’m aiming at getting one)

hey so im genuinely struggling with these exams at bocconi. i study all the time never go out havent seen half of milan yet let alone anywhere else, came as intl student. now after being so discliplined my second sem gpa is 20.97 . i understand every concept and continuous participation in class but the exams always never let me go above 22 and below 18. i still have all my first sem exams to retake. math management micro . they are spaced out , but i need to know what do i do for my second year? what are some study hacks and tips u guys are using and scoring 27+ and how? its been a terrible first year and i need to know if its worth continuing or dropping out. I could aim and achieve 30s on the first sem exams i have leftbl but how to do thatt? I dont wanna end up being rejected from exchange programs eitherrr.
