It’s rasied a bit. Doesnt hurt or itch unless rubbed against. I’m not sure what it is. At first I thought a mosquito bite but I don’t believe so? Anyone know or have any ideas what it could be?

This is on my ankle. Maybe a mosquito bite allergic reaction? It’s not itchy at the movement but does get itchy every now then. I’ve had it for about a week now. It’s raised up like inflamed . Any one know what this could possibly be?
