Was driving to work this morning and pondering this. What if local councils allowed all grass verges on main roads, random green spaces and roundabouts to grow naturally and not cut them? Would be great for pollinators and the environment and save a fortune on cutting. People would eventually get used to the look of it and can be really pretty when some of the native wild flowers and grasses poke through. Why don't we do this?

I am 7 months sober, go to regular meetings and work the programme. I take it one day at a time and I am committed. However, I mostly want to share at meetings that I love and appreciate sobriety, I will not drink today, but I still really miss alcohol and still feel sad I cant drink and wish i could . I just worry this will be judged as too negative
