Rented my condo to someone, with verbal and lease agreement stating no roommates. My tenant passed away, find that they sub leased the second bedroom without my permission to someone on ODSP. Deceased tenant made up their own lease agreement, representing themselves as the landlord. ODSP was paying my tenant (as the fake landlord) and then they paid me the rent. I need to get the unauthorized occupant out of the unit so I can clean up the mess left, and potentially rent out the unit to a new person. Unauthorized occupant only has a key to the condo, no access to key fob.
