true gift

The gift only works if he doesn't control it.

That's free will.

That's why God gave us the earth—really gave it.

No strings. No override button.

Even when it breaks our hearts.

Even when it breaks His.

Bible commentaries need not be boring.

Who said Bible commentaries can't be inspirational or thought provoking? My new book ("Just Who Is This God You Worship") poses questions that few have dared to ask. The answers to these questions may challenge much of what we've been told about Him. Inspiration, puzzlement, revelation, mental challenges, may all be potential results of this reading experience. Available at all the usual book retailers. click here for book trailer

My first book ("Just Who Is This God You Worship") was released about a month ago. eBook was released about 3 weeks later. Self published through BookLocker. All marketing done by me, following their recommendations. So far, I think I have somewhere between 12-20 sales. Hard to tell exactly because of various delays in reporting. I really had no official "launch" so to speak. Just started marketing through social media, Amazon, my website (which hasn't really done much yet). No paid ads. So, how am I doing? Fairly well for an new author? Pretty dismal? I don't have a lot of $$ to throw into paid advertising, so if I do any, it has to perform, but so far I've avoided that. So how does 12-20 sales in the first month with no paid ads and no official launch sound? Any suggestions for a low-budget, cost effective promotion? Or should I avoid those?
