Long-time dbrand customer, first time posting here. Wanted to share a good experience because I think companies that get this stuff right deserve to hear about it.
Ordered about $150 in skins last week with the fastest shipping option. Package showed up this past Friday — open and completely empty. Not damaged-in-transit empty, but "someone got into this somewhere along the way" empty. Whether it was customs, the carrier, or a porch situation, who knows. Either way, not what I was hoping to find when the envelope arrived.
I sent dbrand support a message with the order number and a description of what happened, along with a photo of the empty shipment.
Their response came back the next day (Saturday!) from "Robot 034". No interrogation, no asking me to jump through hoops, no "please file a claim with the carrier and get back to us." Just an apology, an acknowledgment that stuff like this happens in shipping, and confirmation they're sending out a full replacement with Premium Shipping. They also refunded the original shipping cost without me asking, since the order I paid expedited for didn't actually arrive.
That's how it should work, and so often it doesn't. Most companies make you feel like a suspect when something goes wrong with their product, even when you've been a customer for years. dbrand just... fixed it, and fixed it quickly at that.
So dbrand is legit. Great products and great service. Thanks Robot 034. 🤖
