Biceps looking small on cut
Hey guys recently I have been down some body fat
I have been doing a weekly deficiet of 3000 calories with 3 day 1000 calorie decieit and others days being maintenance
My strength in lifts have been increase around 5 kgs in every compound lifts
Have seen Good developnent in basically every muscle they seem bigger but just one problem I have no idea why my bicep keeps looking small and smaller
And this is my second cut in my first cut I had reached similar body fat levels to where I am right now where my biceps were a lot bigger than they are right now
So I don't know what's the problem I don't think it's fat as before in my 1st cut they still were bigger than they are riht now
My current biceps workout-
3 sets of Ez bar curls
2 sets of hammer curls ( drop in each set)
3 sets of Bayesian curls ( drop in every set)
If my workout is likely the issue could you guys recommend some better workout for the bicep?
