Help ID / Date / Value This Vintage Robert College Hoodie Medium
Picked this up while grading vintage and I’m trying to get a better ID/date and value on it.
Orange Robert College pullover hoodie with the school crest and “MDCCCLXIII” (1863) graphic. No tags are present, but it measures/fits approximately a Medium.
Details:
Orange heavyweight fleece
Raglan sleeves
Kangaroo pocket
Long ribbed waistband and cuffs
White rope drawstring
Large black ROBERT COLLEGE crest graphic
Aged/faded print and overall patina
No remaining manufacturer or care tags
Someone familiar with vintage suggested it could possibly be 1970s, but I haven’t been able to confirm the age or manufacturer. I’ve also heard estimates in the $800–$1,000 range, which is why I’m trying to properly identify it before selling.
Does anyone recognize the blank/construction or know what decade this is from? Could it be Champion, Russell, or another manufacturer? Also interested in any comparable sales or realistic value estimates.
