This is the summary page of the OINP PhD application. I don't need ECA. On this page, there is a third box saying "I understand I will require another invitation to apply or notification of interest from the program in order to submit a new application." Should I tick it? It sounds like this is a generic question that is applicable to all applicants, not just those who need an ECA. But at the same time there is no red asterisk so clearly this is an optional field...

Any idea?

What's the ideal/acceptable strategy with respect to submitting explanation letters, as I might have different explanation letter for different kinds of document.

Can i just merge the letter with the supporting documents such as NOA and bank statements? Or should I avoiding merging documents at all??
