Hi so i hope your aware of a price listing issue on your playstation store. I was gonna report it and all I got was a chat bot that had less features then amazon's one, wouldn't record the chat log, wouldn't relay the issue with a live agent later on. I mean get yourself a proper ai that can deal with requests. Anyways waffling on here.... I really cant be bothered till you people get back to work support hours till 7 pm?? Really you run a 24/7 live service with no. Customer representatives past 7 pm that is just sad.
So here is my report
On playstation store on the ps5 today Wednesday 29th April 2025 you have a section called deals and in that deals section is a section for "games under £20" now i havnt browsed that extensively but I did see a game stand out. The game is called "trails of horizon ultimate edition" it is priced at £115.25 which is a huge error as this while its "20% off" it definately should not be falling into that under £20 bracket.
Do what you will with this information. I'm done with you, your support is a joke.
