Hello,

First time mom here. My daughter is 2 years old and has developed this red bumpy rash. It started on her upper back two days ago and was very small, so I didn’t think it should be anything to worry about. It could’ve been dry skin. Then, while giving her a bath tonight, I realized that it has spread to most of her back, her shoulders, and a little bit into her hair. She tends to run hot and will sweat in her sleep. She went to a family members school event this afternoon where they were outside. It was chilly so we put her in a couple of layers and I’m wondering if she was sweating and this rash is the result. It doesn’t seem to bother her. She isn’t trying to itch it or anything. I guess what I’m asking the group is if you think it is a harmless heat rash, or if I should be more concerned and schedule an appointment with her pediatrician? Thanks in advance for any advice!!
