What's it like lifeguarding at Macalester?
I'm pretty sure I'm going to be lifeguarding this year at Mac (first year here), and I have two years of lifeguarding experience at a community center pool. I'm just wondering what the atmosphere is like, how busy it is, heat, flexibility with hours, etc.
