Not sure if this is the right place to be asking for advice, but I'm a teen about to have my first day of work soon, a 9-5, and I need some tips!

First of all, as i said, It's my first time having a job (pet shop) and I'll be working 9-5. I would love if anyone had some tips on keeping energy for the job. I also would like to know how breaks work? On the first day, do you pick when you have your break or is it for the employer to decide? Sorry if thats a stupid question. Overthinking is unfortunately how I roll sometimes lmao. And, if anyone has anything else they'd like to add, itll probably help a lot!

Help a girl out! (Oily scalp, dry ends)

So, I was planning on getting a trim to remove some split ends, but I decided- I need to find the root cause first (no pun intended), find a solution, and THEN cut. My problem is that I genuinely don’t know what do with my hair. I’ll explain it to the best of my ability-

Taking only the scalp part of my hair into account, I would need to wash it maybe every three to four days, as it starts to get a bit oily. Thats ONLY keeping my scalp in mind.

however, for the ends of my hair, it feels like I would need to wash my hair JUST once a week if I want to make sure it’s not dry (and likely getting more split ends).

Yes, I only shampoo my scalp in the shower, and conditioner has never really done much for me (or at least the brands I’ve tried).

Could anybody with maybe a similar issue educate me on how would I give the lower part of my hair sone extra moisture so I can continue to wash it as normal? Oils? Natural home remedies? Masks? any help appreciated!
