hi! i was wondering if anyone has suggestions for studios or 1BRs in dallas! i looked at some of the older posts here and saw that a lot of ppl who went for this price range eventually had to pay a lot more in “additional” fees, so i understand that finding this exact price for a studio/1br might not be possible. but any leads would be helpful! pls & ty

120 days/81 business days from notice date 5/5 is september 2nd and if I were to apply for PP today, 7/23, 30 business days would be september 3rd.
