So my doctor has told me to stop taking sertraline and I'll admit I do agree with him because it felt like I was plateauing on it. My question is, the brain zaps are they normal? It just feels like a pulse is going all through my body and starting in my head. I've never taken antidepressants before so I'm clueless to what it feels like going off them. It just feels like my head is all over the shop really, but I also feel completely fine too. Just would like some advice really
