I have three fence posts that all rotted and the whole fence was leaning significantly. I took a sawzall to the fence and hacked away everything (all the pickets and 2x4s were rotted or heavily rotting as well), but after digging to find the concrete it looks like the post is set in concrete which extends under my neighbor's chain link fence.
How can I extract this without damaging the neighbor's fence?
