can someone help me, i keep getting wrecked by the lr meliodas that starts with a counter, how do i even counter him any tips?

i originally cancelled my wizz account, decided to download wizz again and create a new account, apparently i cant do that, i keep getting timed out while trying to put my nickname as Eddi🥀 or anything similar like wtf???? What should i even do to fix this? its been two days that it keeps doing that, it’s just getting annoying atp and want to fix this problem

Its the third game in a row where i find a teammate (in ranked) that when the score reaches 9/10 they don’t care anymore like what??? They grab spike hide in a corner and starts giving comms to the enemy team. Obviously during my derank, but if i dare to crash during a team deathmatch i get a 3 day ban from ranked, and them nothing.
I’m starting to lose the will to play this game this is getting out of hands, every lobby it’s either this or smurfs with a tracker score of 978 (talking about overall account on tracker gg) in my silver lobby.
