Sometimes when I try to sleep I’ll get this strange feeling in my body and I just know it’s going to happen. I will fall into sleep paralysis without realizing it and keep hearing the faint sound of someone talking to me through a radio in my ears.

No tv
No phone
No energy drinks before bed
