Maybe I'm missing something but how do I get the security perks in this museum without adding other museum stuff? I really want this to be an art museum and don't want to start adding in the other stuff, at least until way later. Is that possible? I know in the others you get too many security perks, but here I don't know how to get them. Unless I just hire other experts and then just use them to travel to get stuff and then immediately deconstruct? That seems dumb, but is that the way?

I am loving the art stuff though, I was running out of stuff to do except gain stars, so this has given me some new stuff to explore.
