Haryana's relative growth is stagnant since 2010
Haryana and most North Indian states relative per capita is almost stagnant since 2010. Whereas most Southern states relative Per capita is growing tremendously. Is this the result of having strong regional governance. Most North and East India has same ruling party as Central government. In theory, having this kind of scenerio helps in Economic development as implementing plans won't have conflict of interests. But here, it's showing different picture.
Haryana's economy dependence on Gurugram.
Almost 55% GDP of Haryana comes from Gurugram (which is at outskirts of HR) making HR dependent on one city for GDP. No wonder, many parts of HR are still underdeveloped. When GDP per capita is calculated, those high figures won't tell how much dependent our state is on this single City.
HR need new capital city in Central HR. Which may facilitate development and growth for Central HR too resulting in less dependency of HR GDP on Delhi.
Other states also has single major cities that contributes tremendously in GDP making them dependent on that city. But still, in Haryana case, it's more than half for whole state. Which is not good and need to be diversified.
