From what I understand about psa grading, is that PSA upcharges you to the value of the PSA slab. So if this gets a 10 and is valued at 2600, should I grade at super express (2500-3500 insured) to get the fastest turnaround time while not having a chance of getting up charged? Or should I get the tier under just in case it 9s? I could always go through GameStop and get hella upcharged and not deal with all this but just wanted to see what people think! (First time grading)
