Andiot / Elliot — Probably the Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced

I had read a lot of good things about Andiot, so I decided to purchase a 124060 No Date from him. Elliot was very honest with me from the beginning and explained that the waiting time was very long — at least 5–6 weeks — and that I should only order if I had the patience to wait.

I decided to go ahead and transfer the full amount immediately. Over the following weeks, I contacted him several times asking about the watch and the progress, and every single time I received quick and professional replies.

Unfortunately, after around 4 weeks, I realized I couldn’t wait any longer because I was going on vacation sooner than expected. I asked Elliot for a refund, and I literally received my money back within 5 minutes.

I have honestly never experienced better customer service. I can highly recommend Andiot. Without a doubt the best service I’ve ever received.

Just wanted to share my experience after such a positive interaction.

Hi everyone,

I’d really appreciate your opinion on this. The 12 o’clock marker on my watch seems to have a very slight tilt to the left(almost microscopic, but noticeable to me).

Would you consider this acceptable, or is it something that should be fixed/replaced?

Thanks in advance for your input!
