Unlimited Wavy, glossy, reg blue eyes Lob-001 value?
I want to confirm some I advice I was given. That wavy and glossy editions of the lob-001 blue eyes command more value than the regular. sometimes up to 2x. When I browse eBay recently sold I don’t see much of a price fluctuation between similarly graded cards. maybe 10-20%.
I’m not seeing a significant difference. Are collectors paying to much for unlimited reg copies in similar grades? example psa 9 wavy sold for 640 and regular 600.

Reprint guidance
Sadly just found out that there where reprints of Lob cards. is this a reprint? I’m browsing tcg player and notice that sellers are listing the reprint next to the original with no warning.

Code requirement 90s vs today question
My father built his garage 30 years ago in new England. 2x4 stick build. 2x6 simple roof. 12‘ garage ceiling height. With a 10’ 2nd floor ceiling. 2 2x12 boards over garage door. He submitted rough hand drawn plans on graph paper.
30 years later his garage stands. No issues. Now, I submit for my simple garage with no 2nd floor about the same size. I needed engineered stamped plans, 2x6 framing, engineered truss, engineered beam spanning garage door opening and more. My father is gasping over the code requirements. These requirements nearly doubled the cost of my project.
Now my question… sorry for the rant.. are these requirements over kill or worth it?

642B bobcat not running. co worker might sell. any idea how much to offer? walk away? no info on the machine except it doesn’t run.
