In need of advice

Hello everyone. I just want to ask if this is his way of saying that he doesnt want the relationship anymore or am I just reading it with the wrong context? We have been together for almost 2 years now. We met here on reddit, and then stayed together for almost a year but he had to go back to his Country. Recently, I noticed that hes drifting away. And then his grandpa passed away. Should I break up with him? It costs me my peace. 🥺🥲

After observing my iPad, I noticed that the battery drains quickly when I close all background apps—losing around 3–10% even while idle. So I experimented for a few days. From Sunday until today (Tuesday), I kept apps like Netflix, CoC, Safari, Photos, and others running in the background. Before going to bed at 9 PM, the battery was at 46%, and when I checked this morning, it was still at 46%. (I did the unecessary battery tweaks like Background app refresh and location services too)
