I’ve had lots of patients say they love me, and many patients say I’m sweet and perfect for this job. But none of them ever write reviews about good performance when I ask them to.

The one patient who has written about me, was a patient who was mad because she was late to her appointment and couldn’t be seen for her appt. I offered to talk to the managers on her behalf about getting her back on the schedule, but she just left and wrote this review that makes me scared I’ll lose my job.
