Hi all - I’m 28 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with cervical ectropian at around 18 weeks. I’ve had multiple bleeding episodes ranging from light spotting to moderate bleeding. Sometimes it’s random but it’s also triggered by any straining for a bowel movement. I was just wondering for others who have had this - what was your experience in labour (if you had a vaginal birth? Did you have more bleeding than average? Did the doctors and midwives know what it was or did they think you were haemorrhaging? Did it affect your ability to opt for a physiological delivery of the placenta? Any and all insight would be much appreciated! x
