Im just starting this crazy journey at 52 .
Ive decided I had enough after 30 years . I broke my jaw in my 20s , wired shut for 8 weeks so I know people on here when they talk about how brutal it can be .
I had it knocked again after treatment and my bite and lower jaw slowly moved forward .
I’ve put up with 6mm underbite my adult life . It changed my face .
So here I am ready to start but my orthodontist has told me I need 4 molars on the bottom 1 set being pre molar
And two pre molar top
This is concerning to me as I’ve read in here people say not to remove teeth .
A couple I could live with but this is all before surgery and my surgeon has told me I need top Wisdom out so he can operate .
Have you had teeth removed to make space for Braces prior to surgery .?
