So I ve sold a jacket , the buyer reported an issue saying its significantly not as described and clicked wrong size , he s added a picture of jacket he has and compared to the one I ve sold him , his jacket definitely looks on the smaller side and mine definitely is the right size .
What do you do in this situation ? If I accept a return he ll probs send a fake one .

What does true remission really mean ? I ve been diagnosed nearly 3 years ago , i ve had several courses of corticosteroids and I use 6 oral mesalamine tablets a day as well as suppositories once every night .
I still basically all the time my stool is soft but not quiet diarrhea , I haven’t seen blood since I was first diagnosed , I still get mild stomach aches but nothing that disturbs my routine , I live my life quiet normally apart from going toilet more then normal people obviously and the adjustment that comes with having UC which I try and just get on with it really and I accepted it which made a huge difference in the way I carry myself , Unless I am having an actual flare then it’s otherwise manageable with mesalamine only .
Is that considered remission ? At the end of the day I feel like I can manage with mesalamine alone so far even though I don’t feel 100% but I don’t wanna fuck myself up in the ass quiet literally in the long term .
