810nm vs. 830nm Depth: Finding a Cap That Reaches the Hair Follicle Bulb

Shopping for a Red Light Therapy cap for hair regrowth. Most are just cheap 660nm LEDs that don't penetrate deep enough. Does anyone have a lead on a device that actually uses 810nm or 830nm to reach the follicle bulb?
