So I feel like I'm losing my mind. I looked up what the Tier 3 version of the Mortar and Pestle is since its so tedious to use for the massive amounts of resource it needs to grind up and the Tier 3 option according to the internet is supposed to be the Windmill. I can't find it on the tech tree on PS5 version of the game.

Is the Windmill still the upgrade to the Mortar and Pestle? If not what is? If yes does the PS5 version of the game have it? If yes how do I get it?
