Binge 8 weeks out

I just binged so hard at work on desserts. I haven’t had any temptation to binge this whole prep (20 weeks in) and I just couldn’t stand the exhaustion and I lost it. I feel horrible, threw up, and now I’m panicking. I’m coaching myself and feel like I’m spiraling.

Am I cooked? I need to lose another 12-14lbs for show

11 Weeks Out OCB

5’4”
I’m feeling pretty good about conditioning this far out. I’m pretty tired and hungry but that’s the price of progress and I’m more than willing to pay it lol.

Prep insomnia advice

Currently 10 weeks out and I’m starting to get horrible insomnia. I’ve been taking melatonin and magnesium citrate this entire prep, and I really don’t want to take anything that’s going to cause drowsiness in the morning with fasted cardio, but at this rate I’m desperate.
I lift around 7pm and take preworkout because I’m exhausted after work.
