I newly found out that a lot of autistic people like me struggle with sleep

I have had insomnia pretty much my whole life im turning 24 now and still struggle waking up at a normal time or the same time every day i read through some websites studies ect but there weren't many tips other than the crap that doesn't work like go to bed early just lay in bed be active during the day and no screens an hour before bedtime does anyone have any tips that actually help?

I 23 year old male have dated before im also able to understand when a girl flirts with me at least sometimes not sure how often i miss it

People say im conventonally attractive
But im not that good at dating i suck at talking online/texting/calling and i don't meet many people irl
