Why vintage jewelry hits different?

I have always felt that modern jewelry lacks the soul of a vintage find. There is a certain weight and history to an old piece that makes it feel special. It is like wearing a tiny time capsule that was actually built to last.

Beyond the style, it is basically the ultimate eco-friendly move, giving a second life to something that was handcrafted a century ago.

Does anyone else have a favorite era or a piece you’ve inherited that has a cool story? I would love to hear about your best finds!
