Need a new tempo shoe in around a month, are Alphaflys still the best?
15M, forefoot striker, tempo paces will range around 5:55 to 5:30. I've heard for a while Alphafly 3s are the best but they're still kinda expensive and was wondering if you guys have tried anything better. Under $200 would be nice, also not trash durability would be good. Thanks for any answers!
