Request for Escalation and Review of Suspended Deposit

Dear Kraken Support Team,

I am writing to kindly request an update regarding my suspended cryptocurrency deposit.

The deposit was placed on hold immediately after it was credited to my Kraken account. I first contacted your live chat support approximately six days ago, but unfortunately the issue remains unresolved. On June 29, I also submitted an email support ticket and provided additional information to help facilitate the review of my case.

As the delay is becoming increasingly concerning, I would greatly appreciate it if my case could be reviewed as soon as possible and, if appropriate, escalated to the relevant specialist team for further investigation.

I am fully willing to cooperate and can promptly provide any additional verification documents, proof of the source of funds, or any other information required to complete the review.
