Playing as Sweden. First choice of religion. Already have a relic from a tribal village, using Sailor Cat's relic plus mod which gives a relic when you build a wonder that holds a relic, and Kandy is in the game. Do I lean into tourism with Reliquaries or take the standard feed the world? My first 4 cities currently have plenty of food tiles and I took divine spark as my pantheon. 4 of the 5 city-states I've met are religious. Only game mode is barbarian clans. Don't have great adjacency (best is +3) on my holy sites.
