This is my entire collection after aproximatly 5 years of collecting.

The first picture have the entire collection.

The 2nd is my danish M/50 civilian defence uniform. I also have the pants as you can see on the first. Along with a danish produced P37 belt and a possibly british produced gasmask bag.

The last 3 is my danish M/58 (1961) uniform, along with my danish M/45-59 webbing. It was built on the P37 webbing. And an M/48 (M1) helmet. (and yes that is a swedish communist LP in the background, i am not communist, it was my grandpa's)

5 years ago i got this brodie helmet from my grandfather, he is no longer here to tell me where he got it from so i need help trying to identify it. So i hope someone can also help me find out if it is from the war.

To me it looks like an MK II, but with an MK III liner. The chinstraps look like they have some elements of the M1's chinstraps, but not the buckle. It is also a rather small size, it can't fit on my head.

There is a possiblility since i live in denmark it was used by the danish army from 1944 or 45 to 1948 when we adopted the M1 as standard issue. The danish got a bunch of british and american after the war.

I can tell it have a P37 buckle and is made to hang from a P37 belt probably looking at the width of the small straps on the back of it. My grandma just gave it to me after she found it at some antique shop. it might be danish or related to denmark because that is where i am located.
