I know others have been at this stage for a while now, but I lost motivation when I heard of the stupid/pointless "coming soon" door, so I couldn't be bothered to just collect blue cores every dang day. still, eventually reached 8, despite not caring - but even knowing that it'd be a let-down still didn't prevent it from being a let-down. am now even less-motivated for further stupid/pointless collecting.

Some here might be familiar with other postcard exchanges.. but I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried it via Reddit? Say, a willing plot-ist would post a "catalog" image of the N postcard plots willing to exchange, then first N replies (w DM address) would be the "exchangers", or some-such? Maybe exchangers are also limited to those who've also posted their own "catalog" image to participate? (to help assure reciprocal exchanges, not just gimme's) I'm not sure how the details would be worked out, but thought I'd toss out the idea, test interest, seek feedback, etc. Or, is there anything about such an event that might run afoul of the sub's rules? When properly set on basically flat floor (within <1/16"), the bowl will rock >1/4" front-to-back. Setting the toilet upside down, then setting a level across rear edge and front-most cross-support, shows rear portion surrounding flange by itself is "flat" (close enough). But then then front "slumps" (dips down) >5/16" over the 10" (round bowl) from the cross-support.

This is more than I'd be comfortable shimming as a DIY'er so will return/exchange. But was curious what a pro's opinion might be - shimmable or not? Cheers

Doesn't have to be contemporaneous, as this is just a "what-if", so entire catalog is fair game. Bonus points if you explain the "marketing strategy" behind your pick. I'll choose Violin (ABCs DVD), and leave you guessing as to strategy - suffice to say that I would've bought it!

It was a comparison I had been meaning to do, figured I'd share if anyone else finds useful. Kakuno EF is just a bit finer than a Micron 01. If an 01 is nominally 0.25mm, then perhaps EF is ~0.20mm. (but may vary depending on pen load pressure, as FPs do) Not shown, but also tested, a Kakuno F is roughly equivalent to a Micron 03. Of course these are all just eyeball measures, no 500x microscope or such involved, so YMMV
