Hello so Im 19M who doesnt have almost any friend and not a single one as a real friend.

When Im trying to make some, Im so nervous to talk to new people i cant really have any good conversation with them and if i found on internet some friend, we talked to eachother for like 3 months.

I feel like I'm stuck in a dead end situation whenever im trying to do smt with my situation it doesnt really matter and im stuck in this situation for several years. I feel so desperate that nothing is changing bcs i even tried to talk with some psychologists and it didnt help.

I dont really know what should i do. It's hard to watch others having fun and I'm sitting in my room spending time playing games alone.
