Is 23 mpg normal for a Gas 2016 Toyota Yaris LE Hatchback?

My car has 60k miles (recently bought from a private party at 58.4k miles for $11,500) and I'm averaging about 23mpg on this car.

I recently replaced the oil, replaced both cabin and engine filters and went to a shop to do the transmission fluid change . I thought that doing all this would increase the mpg from 23 to maybe a little more but I haven't seen any increase.

I was reading around and saw that maybe I should replace the spark plugs since I have 60k miles now and it's recommended to do it.

When I bought the car no codes were shown on the OBD-2 scanner and no weird noises either.

The car is not a hybrid, it's just all gas so maybe this is just normal a typical mpg range for it. When I fill the car from empty (when the gas info display lights up) until it clicks off, I get around 225 miles left on the display. I also don't carry anything in the trunk other than the spare tire.

Does anyone have any tips to increase mpg?
