When you watch classmates matriculate while you can't even register for the science classes at your local CC for your DIY postbacc because you got a garbage registration time.

Okay, half the reason I made this meme was in hopes someone could look at my postbacc timeline post from earlier and give me some advice. Plz?

Re-Applicant Timeline Planning

I am going to begin a DIY postbacc at a CC near me this coming fall. I plan to retake Calc 2 and Human Anatomy this fall, Ochem 1 Spring 27 (while studying for MCAT retake), Human Physio Summer 27, and Ochem 2 plus Electricity/Magnetism in Fall 27. My question is, is this enough credits to make a meaningful impact in terms of demonstrating upward trend, and will I have enough of this work complete to apply in 2027? I would continue the classes throughout the application cycle obviously, but am I applying too soon without enough of the units of the postbacc completed?

This past cycle I didn't get in anywhere I applied. I've known this for about a month now and am taking steps to bolster a re-app in 2027. With that said, as I've seen various classmates of mine get into schools, I am happy for them but I can't help but feel left behind. Every new acceptance I see emotionally sinks me. I feel like it's dumb since thousands of people get in every year, but I guess it's harder to swallow when your former peers are moving on without you. So, to finally ask the question. Am I wrong for feeling such defeat and envy of my classmates who have obviously worked very hard in their own right to get their acceptances?
