So me (24M) and my (22F) girlfriend are going on a trip with my close friend group (all around 22-23) to a little summer cabin/beach house trip over the summer for a weekend. We also have one single friend going.
The guys are all friends, but none of the girlfriends really know each other.
I’m worried the group might split into couples or that the girls might feel awkward at first. Also don’t want the single friend to feel like a third wheel the whole time.
Any tips on how to structure the trip so people actually bond and it doesn’t turn into separate mini-groups?
We also made it clear that the couples shouldn’t have sex on this trip but I didn’t realize that was considered a normal thing when going on trips with friend groups while your SO is there, is that normal to yall too?
TL;DR: going on a group trip with my boys and their gfs and my gf but one of them is single and im worried that everyone will just stick to their SOs because only the dudes know each other.
