Hi guys

Am on a MacBook, I think I may have been hacked, I ran malware bytes giving it full access and ran it from my Macintosh hd, how accurate is it at finding viruses or toke grabbers and info stealers?

Discord account was hacked today, did leak monitoring on my account nothing came up, didn't get an email authorizing this login so just trying to be as safe am asking
