This question is for all the experienced Gay Sauna visitors.

I plan on going to one for the first time. I'm really nervous about it. And on top of that it will be on vacation in a foreign country where i dont speak the local language.

What is something i can expect to find there ? Are there unwritten rules? What if i get hard sitting at the Bar from just looking at the other guys?

I have so many questions. Would you please help me get more condident in going there for the first time ! I challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone and try new things every once in a while.
